Feb 20, 2024 · To return your Lands End store purchase by mail, call 1-800-963-4816 or email [email protected], and they will send you a return label. Pack everything, including the original receipt and the Return form.
You can return products bought at Lands’ End within 90 days of purchase for a full refund on your original payment method. Returns you make after 90 days or without proof of purchase are eligible for refunds in the form of merchandise credit only. Lands’ End will issue a full refund only with proof of purchase.
