May 17, 2022 · I just got mud wtr last week and I am amazed at how good my sleep has been. I know it’s not a typical crossfit product like beam or whatever other supplement athletes promote these days. It has ashwgandha in it which I guess reduces cortisol and stress levels and in turn increases testosterone.

Hey everyone, I saw an ad for something called mud water spelled MUD/WTR and apparently it's masala chai with Lions main mushrooms and other types of mushrooms. I don't want to link to it cause I don't want this to be an add. I want to hear someone's unbiased opinion if anyone has tried it?
