Cast the druidic spell in your backpack, then pick the fungus from the log. Take the Mort myre fungus mushroom from the log and show it to Filliman. Use the Mort myre fungus on the western, yellow stone. Use a used spell on the eastern, grey stone.

Go inside, and search the grotto in the middle of the cave. Filliman will turn into a Nature Spirit. He will then ask you to get a Silver sickle. Talk to him again to give Filliman your Silver sickle.
