Our guide was good and the cave formations were pretty good. Cave of the Mounds in Wisconsin was our favorite, followed by Onyx Cave in Kentucky. Mammoth Cave, while extensive, was a dry cave--so no stalactites or stalagmites. In Niagara, the 275 steps down and 275 steps up were good exercise.
