    1996–2008

    Typography:  Balloon Extra Bold Variex Regular (modified) Launched:  May 11, 1996 This logo, designed as a lightbulb surrounded by a light-bolt above and the word "Productions" underneath it, originally debuted on KaBlam!. It later began to be used mostly on live-action shows such as Drake & Josh, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, Zoey 101, and iCarly. Strangely, some animated Nickelodeon shows used this logo, such as few early season 6 episodes of SpongeBob SquarePants, some early season 6 episodes of The Fairly OddParents, and Pelswick.

    1997–2007

    Typography:  Balloon Extra Bold Launched:  April 19, 1997 This splat logo that reads Nicktoons instead of Nickelodeon was used on Hey Arnold!, The Angry Beavers, CatDog, Oh Yeah! Cartoons, SpongeBob SquarePants (until season 5), Invader Zim, The Fairly OddParents (until season 5), ChalkZone, The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, My Life as a Teenage Robot, Danny Phantom, and The X's.

    Typography:  Custom (unofficially nicknamed "Litebulb") Gotham Book Launched:  September 26, 2009 This logo is still used on the on-screen credits on some shows on TeenNick and Nicktoons. It was first used two days before the official launch of the current Nickelodeon logo on September 28, 2009.

    Typography:  Custom Launched:  March 11, 2017 The "Productions" was dropped from its logo while only displaying the 2009 Nickelodeon logo. It is seen on some shows depending on what it is. This is the second logo to only show the network's logo as the production logo, the first being the 1990–2013 one which uses Nickelodeon's 1984–2009 logo. It's still used in shows such as Rock Paper Scissors.
