How do I pay online? To pay online, you must receive notification from DCWP (e.g., an Offer of Settlement letter, a letter regarding scale and/or petroleum inspection fees, Consent Order with OLPS, etc.). Note: Offers of settlement must be paid at least one day before your scheduled hearing.
