Ozone falls are located near Rockwood, TN in Cumberland County — just off of U.S. 70. The waterfall is situated within the Ozone Falls State Natural Area and Cumberland Trail State Park. It was easy to find the trailhead by following the directions, but parking at the trailhead was limited.
Short (but steep and rocky) hike down to the small pool and picturesque bottom of the falls. Great spot for a quick excursion to a magical scene hidden in the country. Loved it!

Jan 22, 2024 · Ozone Falls is just off of i-40 and is a stunning and easily accessible waterfall. The hike may be steep, but it’s short and fairly easy to climb down the well laid stone steps. As you descend, the thundering waterfall gets louder and louder and soon enough the crystal clear blue water will come into view.
