To help maintain the diversity and health of the Magic tournament environment, a system of banned and restricted lists has been developed. These lists are made up of cards that are either not allowed at all, or allowed only in a very limited manner.
Pioneer is a constructed format in Magic: The Gathering in which players build 60 card decks with cards from Return to Ravnica forward.
Magic: The Gathering Banned and restricted cards. Banned cards may not be included in your main deck or sideboard for the format. Restricted cards are limited to one copy in the deck, counting both your main deck and sideboard. Only Vintage and Timeless formats has a restricted list.

Pioneer is a constructed, non-rotating format consisting of all sets from Return to Ravnica forward including Core Sets, but not including any supplemental products ( i.e. Modern Horizons, Battlebond, etc. are all NOT legal ). Notes: Added August 3rd, 2020 banned list announcement.

That means if you your old Standard deck was legal at any time after September 27th 2013, it's legal in Pioneer, unless any of its cards are on the Pioneer ban list.
