Khawaja Gharib Nawaz was the first Sajjad Nasheen of Mohra Shareef. He was loved and respected by millions across the world. During his lifetime, he appointed his eldest son, Pir Aftab Ahmed Qasmi, his successor. But Pir Aftab Ahmed Qasmi Sahib passed away one year before Khawaja Gharib Nawaz.

Haroon Al Rashid (Urdu:پیر ہارون الرشید) (born 1935) is the leader of the Nisbat-e-Rasooli Sufi order in Mohra Sharif, Pakistan as of 1960, and is known by the honorific Pir. He gives Islamic sermons every Friday (in Mohra Sharif) and Saturday (in Islamabad).
Hazrat Peer Khan Sahib spent 53 years of his life within the sacred land of Mohra Shareef (only on a few occasions he left Mohra Shareef due to death in the family etc.). He was also the custodian of the Juba Mubarik of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) our beloved prophet.
The first of these was his Urdu translation of the Holy Quran, which has a preface written by Pir Sahib, and the secound was his famous Durud Sharif, litanies in praise of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) – known as Salaam – each verse in Urdu ends with the word Salaam.
