Nov 22, 2023 · Yielding to pressure from the attorney general's office, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission adopted a 2.5% cap on a residential rate increase for Public Service Co. of Oklahoma utility customers. The commission took the action Tuesday at the end of a cumbersome, marathon 3.5-hour meeting in Oklahoma City.
