Sable Island - Canada. First, Get a permit to visit the Island from the governement of Canada (Ex:Departement of Fisheries and Oceans of Canada). If you don't have the permit you can't go. Then, you need a boat or helicopter, because Sable Island is around 95 Nautical Miles off-shore.
