Test Pilot. Use wheels, engines, propellers and other parts to build vehicles that are capable of reaching the goal in each level. Set the controls and drive your own creations!
I think you can put them in your cargo hold on your ship/fleet. I'd recommend using one of them as a shell for mods/armor/enhancements that you can buy on the fleet. Then use the outfit designer to wear what you actually want to use.
