The Foundation works to improve food security in Mexico and address other drivers of forced migration into the U.S. from Mexico. Our efforts to combat human trafficking and improve farmworker conditions in the U.S. also complement our support for improving the quality of life for marginalized populations in Mexico.

Eligibility & Selection. To be eligible for the Susan T. Buffett Scholarship, you must: Live in Nebraska and meet in-state residency requirements of the college you plan to attend. DACA, undocumented, or DACA eligible students are still eligible to apply.
