At The Journey Home, Veterans are our priority. Our Mission is to end Veteran homelessness; To connect Veterans to local, regional, and national communities. As together we provide stability, support and interventions so that Veterans are empowered to attain housing and independence.
The Journey Home is a transitional home for homeless Veterans and the 1 st step in ending homelessness for each veteran entering their doors; many of whom have experienced 12 months or more of chronic homelessness.
Veterans enter this facility with the goal to end their homelessness and to transition into permanent housing. This program provides: - Transitional housing. Additional services include: - Case management. - Peer support. - Linkage to VA and Non-VA programs and services.
The Journey Home is a transitional home for homeless male veterans. They have programs that take them off the streets, support them and helps put veterans in permanent housing. It is a 3 to 6 month program designed to help a veteran who has initiative to succeed in getting on their feet.
