The process for logging in remains the same, as described below. If you've logged in before, your practice code, username, or both may be pre-filled for you.
Dec 1, 2023 · In the section labeled Accessing Your Account, find and note your Practice Code. This code is used in addition to your username and password to log in to TherapyNotes and is important for identifying your practice when contacting our support team.
Sep 5, 2023 · TherapyNotes allows you to easily manage client portal access on a per-client basis directly from each client's chart. Inviting your clients to your practice's client portal, resetting portal passwords, and revoking portal access are as simple as a few clicks.
Jun 15, 2022 · Enter your current password, then enter your new password, following the security requirements on the screen. Enter your new password again in the Confirm Password field. Click the Change Password button. Be sure to remember your password. You will use your new password the next time you log in to TherapyNotes.
Sep 7, 2023 · Go to the TherapyNotes login page and enter your practice code, username, and password. Click Log In. After your password has been validated, open the authentication app on your device and enter the token it provides you for TherapyNotes. Click the Submit Token and Log In button.
