May 23, 2021 · Yes, she did some terrible things for power but so did our main protagonist, Dexter, and he got away with EVERYTHING. LaGuerta was smart and simultaneously had very petty tendencies. Matthews was pretty self serving himself, as he often took credit for everything Miami Metro did, even LaGuerta’s successes and hired Debra over Angel.
