If anybody ever wrote a Field Guide to Alcoholics, with descriptions of their appearance, sexual behavior and habitats, there would be a full-color portrait on the cover of Tommy, the hero of "Trees Lounge."
Trees Lounge is not a great film because it doesn't have much of a plot, but it is an interesting film. The characters are realistic and it accurately depicts the lifestyles of alcoholics.

Weird - his hilarious impression of Marlon Brando from "On the Waterfront". And, just as Buscemi blends his acting talents together he blends every aspect of filmmaking in his control to create a heartfelt dramatic comedy in "Trees Lounge", 8.5. 7/10. This could be YOUR life.
