Blackboard is the course-management system that Triton College uses for online, hybrid, and enhanced teaching and learning. Blackboard enables instructors to provide students access to course materials, communication tools, online assessments, and grades, as well as the ability to submit assignments electronically.
To access Blackboard and information regarding your Dual Credit course, you will need to go to the top left corner of the Portal home page and click on Blackboard under the Academic Recourses tab.

Blackboard Directions. The “Blackboard learn” server requires the last 8 digits of the student’s Triton Student Photo ID number as the username, and the last four digits of the student’s Social Security Number (SSN) as the password.
Online Learning. Triton College offers a variety of class modalities. This delivery method allows the student to complete online courses with limited or no required on-campus visits. An online course provides the same course content as a face-to-face classroom course.
