Open Records . FEE SCHEDULE FOR DOCUMENTS PRODUCED UNDER THE OPEN RECORDS ACT. Documentation that is not privileged, confidential or excepted from Oklahoma’s Open Records Act is available for inspection under appropriate supervision during normal regular business hours.
Public Records. The County Court Clerk is the keeper of most court records, and many are available online. Marriage and divorce records can be obtained by contacting this office, as well.
The Tulsa County Clerk of Courts is responsible for maintaining the records of all Tulsa County District Court cases. Court records are documents created during legal proceedings, such as criminal case files, bankruptcy records, and records from family or probate court.

Records and Archives. Archives - Department Head: Carson Surber. The records archives are stored at the Tulsa County Warehouse located at 2929B East Apache. Over 1 million individual files containing tens of millions of individual documents are stored at this location.
Marriage and divorce records can both be requested from the Court Clerk’s Office. A marriage record shows both applicants’ names, the date the license was issued, the date of the ceremony, the date the marriage was recorded, and the license number.
