ULink is the portal for four different systems for the UofL community. The four choices for go to different options for Students (all services), Faculty (all academic services), and two for Employees (HR data prior to 2023 and Workday HR).
Resources for Academic Achievement, UofL's centralized academic support unit, learning resources/tutoring, math resources, computer resources, study skills. Services/Policies. Health, Computers, Employment, Parking and Traffic, Disabilities. Division of Student Affairs.
Your UofL userID and password enable you to login to various computer systems, applications and online resources. Most importantly, your UofL account provides access to your university Office365 Outlook email and the ULink portal.
Our two-factor authentication system is a Duo application specific to UofL named UL2FCTR. With UL2FCTR or Duo, you'll be alerted right away (on your phone) if someone is trying to log in as you. ULink’s Student System, WorkdayHR, Blackboard and our VPN all require UL2FCTR / Duo.
The ITS HelpDesk provides technology support to the University of Louisville community. If you need assistance accessing your university accounts (ULink, for example), unlocking your password, accessing our wireless systems, computer repairs on University purchased equipment, or more, we can help.

Identity Self-Service Login. Welcome to the UofL Identity and Account Management system (IAM), where you can perform regular password changes, reset a forgotten password, request accounts such as CardBox or VPN, and manage both service and sponsored accounts.
