It is open daily from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Interpretive programs available include a round trip boat trip to the USS Arizona Memorial and time spent on the memorial for reflection and contemplation. USS Arizona Memorial programs run frequently throughout each day.

The Pearl Harbor Visitor Center is open 362 days a year from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Movie/boat tours to the USS Arizona Memorial run from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., leaving every 15 minutes on US Navy shuttles that hold up to 145 passengers.
