A player fighting Vorkath, a powerful blue dragon enhanced by Zorgoth's experiments. After completion of Dragon Slayer II, Vorkath can be fought again. This time, it is stronger. Warning: Beware of Vorkath's acid pool quickfire barrage, insta-kill vertical dragonfire, and suicide spawn as each of these attacks can kill players almost immediately.

Any damage taken while standing on the acid heals Vorkath for the same amount; up to 10 damage per tick. Should the player stand still, the dragonfire barrage deals 30-40 damage per hit regardless of prayers. Additionally, Vorkath takes 50% reduced damage until the special attack ends.
Sep 13, 2020 · Vorkath is a dragon boss that you can do after completing dragon slayer II. It’s pretty profitable and decent for mid-levels to try to get into PvM. Good range XP can be done on a slayer test for blue dragons as a task, so there are many pros to the method.
The Fremennik Way is a grandmaster combat achievement which requires the player to kill Vorkath without any weapons.
