Aug 1, 2024 · Barring a last-minute move, it appears increasingly likely that a new music FM will debut in the New York market in 30 days. Emmis Communications, which owns WEPN-FM (98.7), says its long-term local marketing agreement ESPN and Good Karma Brands ends Aug. 31, and it does not expect the lease to be extended.
