Jan 1, 2015 · The aim of this article is to analyse the 11 substantive elements of the Decent Work concept developed by the International Labour Organization.
I. Decent work and the Global Employment Agenda. The ILO vision of the employment challenges facing countries and the global economy, as well as the ILO and its constituents, is contained in the concept of decent work. The goal of the ILO is to achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all, including women and young people.
