      • Springtrap is a thing born out of nightmares. He's a rotting corpse trapped in an equally decaying mascot suit. The worst part is that, no matter what you do, you can never get rid of him. You can set him on fire, taser him, or lock him up and seal off the room. None of it will help. He always comes back.

  1. Let's take stock, first of all, of what each game's hardest possible night is. Naturally, many of the Custom Nights will be included here. We have FNAF 1's 4/20, FNAF 2's 10/20, FNAF 3's Aggressive Nightmare, FFPS' Night 5 (all animatronics, no task speed boosts, all brand deals), and UCN's 50/20.

  3. 4 days ago · Nightmare Chica — Nightmare Chica’s high cost, low range, and relatively low DPS make it really bad for mid-game. Still, she isn’t as bad as Golden Freddy and the like.

    • Foxy / Funtime Foxy. Seriously, is there a better FNAF animatronic monster than Foxy? No, no there is not. He was always the one to look out for due to his super fast rush out of Pirate's Cove.
    • Freddy. So here's the thing -- the titular Freddy Fazbear himself isn't actually all that scary on his own. It's when you cycle away from his position for a minute and then check back that he brings the fright.
    • Bidybab. The horror of this baby robot is less in the actual animatronic design itself -- although it is disturbing to see that very human looking doll tear its own face apart - and more about the voice.
    • Springtrap. While the rest of the animatronics clearly look like metal versions of adorable and cuddly animals, Springtrap goes a whole different direction.
    • Nightmare. Yes, Nightmare appears in FNAF 4. However, he’s more of an alternate Nightmare Freddy. His suit looks almost charred, like it’d been set on fire.
    • Nightmarionne. Nightmarionne is Nightmare Marionette, basically. It appeared in FNAF 4, added in a Halloween update. It takes the already unsettling design of the Marionette with its eternal smile and empty eyes, and gives it glowing eyes and a bunch of sharp teeth.
    • Burntrap. Burntrap is a possible boss in FNAF: Security Breach, and it visibly has William Afton’s corpse inside it. If you look closely, you see human pieces combined with the scorched suit, such as muscles mixed with his wires.
    • Withered Bonnie. Withered Bonnie misses a lot of pieces from the original suit, and that’s what gives it such scary qualities despite the simple design.

Widely accepted to contain the soul of Charlie Emily, daughter of Henry Emily, the Marionette or "The Puppet", is one of the core antagonists of FNAF 2. The Puppet has an eerily simplistic yet menacing design that, coupled with its music box mechanic, makes for a frightening jump scare. The clown-like face with tear stream marks contrasts the small...

Springtrap is the withered remains of Spring Bonnie possessed by William Afton himself, one of the core antagonists of every ending in Five Night At Freddy's, and is primarily encountered in FNAF 3. Easily the scariest thing about Springtrap is the person controlling it, as William has the least self-control and the most intelligence of the animatr...

Ennard is the final antagonist of Sister Location and is a collection of all the Funtime animatronics put together. This amalgamation was formed in the group's attempt to escape and was successful by hiding in the scooped-out body of Michael Afton. That alone is a terrifying act and shows the intelligence of the animatronic. Ennard's simple design,...

One qualm with the most recent addition, Security Breach, is the lack of scary animatronics, save for The Daycare Attendant Sun and Moon. These two take scary clowns to another level with their intricate jester designs themed after night and day. While their actions in the game are few after the daycare level, the impact they have left on the game ...

William Afton appears again and is now in the more frightening form of Glitchtrap in Help Wanted. Glitchtrap is another variation of the yellow Spring Bonnie but made even worse by William's twisted personality. The body is simple, but the face is where the true terror lies, with occasionally purple-turning wide eyes coupled with an unhinged smile ...

Nightmarionne is one of the non-canon entries into the now AAA video game FNAF franchise, but that doesn't make its appearance in FNAF 4 any less terrifying. Added during the Halloween update, Nightmarionne takes The Puppet's design and furthers it. The mask changes to full black makeup with sharp fangs, while its black body is made a bit bigger wi...

Nightmare Chica continues the trend of animatronics from FNAF 4 having the scariest designs in the franchise. Even though all the animatronics in this game are believed to be only the imaginations of a child, which does help their fear level, they continue to be excellently designed. This is doubly important in this case as the previous Chica inter...

One of the more recent FNAF enemies is that of The Mimic. The Mimic serves as the main antagonist of the FNAF Security Breach Ruin DLC, as well as the Tales From The Pizzaplexbook series. The Mimic was created by Edwin Murray, designed to keep his son Edwin occupied while his father worked. After David dies in an accident, The Mimic - whose sole pu...

Withered Bonnie has a simple design, but one that makes it one of the most terrifying in the franchise. Its entire face is removed, leaving two soulless red bead eyes to stare at the player with two rows of teeth attached to the bottom of its mouth. Along with getting all its fur ripped off its right hand and left foot, withered Bonnie is missing i...

Easily one of the scariest, if not the scariest, animatronics in the franchise is Nightmare Fredbear from FNAF 4. This creation takes the Golden Freddy form and becomes a terrifying monstrosity. First, it can move around now, with razor-sharp claws and an extra jaw in its gut. The face also gets an extreme rework with terrifying red eyes compliment...

  4. Jan 27, 2022 · Worst FNAF Scares - Ultimate Custom Night. FNAF: Ultimate Custom Night is the culmination of all of the FNAF games prior to its creation. It has the worst jumpscares for one reason and one reason only - they're ridiculous.

  5. Most of the nightmare animatronics are featured with a deteriorated appearance with a big series of rips and holes all over, sporting a total of ten fingers with spike-like claws/nails, an excessive amount of long dangerously sharp teeth (found in both the structure of the animatronics and the endoskeletons), and small metallic eyes.
