Aug 9, 2024 · Not receiving mail - reported as spam. One of my btinternet email addresses has stopped receiving mail (Outlook365 on PC). It has been working for years. I can send mail from this address using Outlook and webmail is absolutely fine - there are many messages.
Dec 4, 2023 · The strange part is the senders sending from the bt domains do not get a bounce back. The mail appears to gets sent without any errors. These emails never arrive in the inbox of the Mac, Windows, iPad clients or directly into the webmail email source server in his cPanel.
