This is a post to document the red flags and cult-like behaviors that still exist today and to warn anyone who is considering joining. Some of this information also applies to the International Christian Church and the Sold Out Discipling Movement, which are all related groups with similar origins.
It was really a cult. I got out in the early 2000s. Disciplers, family groups, promoting people over God. It promotes people over God. The church split a couple of ways after a series of letters were handed to leadership. Gaslighting, guilt trips etc. Those things don’t belong in the Church.
