The "+" after "=" is superfluous. It is a carryover from Lotus 1-2-3, where formulas can be entered as +123+456 instead of =123+456. Excel permits that form as well.

So while this portion of the formula will return a virtual array of TRUE's and FALSE's.

However, when copying constants (2E+09) into Excel, it is important to format the trendline equation (label) to show much more precision. I recommend Scientific format with 14 decimal places.
