Dec 31, 2006 · Terror On Tour is a real sleaze fest playing out like a fuse of Maniac and a masked slasher film. It's a pretty quirky film. It never becomes a slasher parody of any sorts, trust it's a cheesy film but at least it didn't become a showcase of bad satire.
