Doctor sleep, the sequel to The Shining (1980) in my opinion was handled brilliantly. The cast was spot on, Ewan Mcgregor did a fantastic job. It wasn't creepy like its predecessor, but it's run time is nearly 3 hours and it feels like a lot less because I feel genuinely so drawn in by the plot and the characters.
