If you see the option to sign in near the top-right corner of the page (above "Accounts & Lists"), click

When I click on the "write a review" button, I get this message "We apologize but this account has not met the minimum eligibility requirements to write a review. If you would like to learn more about our eligibility requirements, please see our community guidelines." Why can't I review products?
