Rostislav Mstislavich (c. 1110 – 1167) was Prince of Smolensk (1125–1160), Novgorod (1154) and Grand Prince of Kiev (1154–1155; 1159–1161; 1161–1167). He is the progenitor of the Rostislavichi of Smolensk. He was the son of Mstislav I of Kiev and Christina Ingesdotter of Sweden.

Rostislav Mstislavich, son of Mstislav I "the Great" Vladimirovich Grand Prince of Kiev and his first wife Christine of Sweden, became Prince of Smolensk on the death of his paternal grandfather in 1125. The name of his wife is unknown. They had eight children: Roman, Grand Prince of Kiev. Elena, married Kazimierz of Poland.
