Felix Anthony "Tippy" Martinez (born May 31, 1950) is an American former professional baseball left-handed pitcher. He pitched 14 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) between 1974 and 1988, primarily as a relief pitcher.

Between starting his career with the New York Yankees and ending it with the Minnesota Twins, he spent 11 years with the Baltimore Orioles, where he was an All-Star and World Series champion in 1983.

TIPPY MARTINEZ, a durable left-hander, was the Orioles' all-time saves leader at the time of his retirement following the 1988 season. He came to Baltimore in a 10-player trade with New York during the 1976 season and pitched in more games for the Orioles than anyone but Jim Palmer.
