Justin Jitae Chon[2] (born May 29, 1981) is an American actor and filmmaker. He has directed three films, Gook (2017), Ms. Purple (2019), and Blue Bayou (2021). [3] He is also known for portraying Eric Yorkie in The Twilight Saga film series. [4] He is a member of the K-pop parody group Boys Generally Asian.
Justin Chon appears in Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn - Part 1 as Eric Yorkie. For the films, the character of Eric was combined with Ben Cheney. Chon was born in Irvine, California.
Justin Chon is a writer, director, and actor known for his '90s LA Riots drama Gook (2017), which won the NEXT category of the Sundance Film Festival and went on to win him the Independent Spirit award for "someone to watch" in 2018.
