Georgie Gardner (born 1 June 1970) is an Australian television and news presenter and journalist. Gardner is currently presenter on Nine News Sydney. She has previously been a co-host and news presenter on the Nine Network's breakfast program Today.
Georgie Gardner is a newsreader and reporter for 9News. She is one of the country’s best known and most popular television presenters, anchoring Channel Nine’s 6pm bulletin on Friday and Saturday nights, and guest host and regular contributor for Today Extra before taking on the TODAY hosting role with Karl Stefanovic in January 2018.
But in November the following year, Georgie was removed from the lineup entirely, Channel Nine bringing back their shining star Karl to co-host the Today show alongside Allison Langdon.
