Norman Island is actually private, but there are no issues going ashore (at least that I’ve heard). It’s owned by billionaire Henry Jarecki, who also owns the luxury eco-resort of Guana Island (another great place to anchor!).

Norman Island is one of the more popular islands in the BVI's, with great snorkeling, hiking, and caves to explore. There is a restaurant in one of the perfect blue water bays that is also open during the high season. There are no inhabitants on the island, except for wild goats.
