I didn't watch this show, but have just read a couple of reviews and based on a per-show happening I feel compelled to comment.

Chapter 43 title is based of their match of Thunderbastard and mainly of Tropic Thunder, which is an excellent movie. Chapter 44 was a Simpsons reference and also a Jim Cornette reference to a problem/disagreement they had with him on Twitter a month or so before the show.
