Sisse Graum Jørgensen (born 8 May 1972) is a Danish film producer and sits on the board of the film company Zentropa. Films she has produced include Hævnen, Jagten, and Dear Wendy. She also sits on the advisory board for TrustNordisk, a Scandinavian international film distributor.

Sisse Graum indtrådte i Zentropas bestyrelse i 2008 og samme år i TrustNordisks bestyrelse. Siden 2003 har hun desuden siddet i Den Danske Filmskoles Aftagerpanel. Hun har udtalt: “Jeg tror jeg vil karakterisere mig selv som rodet, men engageret. Ikke særlig disciplineret, men med masser af energi”. (Børsen 11/06 2010).
Med et interval på omkring to år mellem hver film har Sisse Graum produceret alle Susanne Biers danske film. Af titlerne kan nævnes 'Efter brylluppet' (2006), der blev nomineret til en Oscar og 'Hævnen' (2010), der vandt en Oscar, en Golden Globe og en European Film Award for bedste instruktion.
