Understanding your account settings. This article explains the different settings that users can access by clicking on their name in the upper right corner of Emma. The settings found in the user menu store important information about your account.
When you're happy with your campaign, click on the Review button at the top right. If you're working in the legacy* editor, you'll need to click on the Review & send button instead. This will bring you to the Review page, where you can choose your audience, subject line, preheader text, and more.

Hyperlinks in your Emma campaigns are trackable because the links are routed through our server on their way to their final destination, allowing us to record the click. The process happens very quickly and is virtually invisible to the person clicking the link.
What does SMS stand for? SMS or “Short Messaging Service” is the official name of what we commonly refer to as texting. Is SMS available to all Emma accounts? SMS is only available when you sign up for an Emma Essentials, Teams, or Corporate contracted plan.
