I filed a complaint today against Home Depot. They called me just now and said they will issue my refund. I went in to the store and they issued the refund. Please cancel my complaint.
Home Depot: *shrugs*. I called the 1-800 #, the store (which is an automated nightmare), the phone rang a couple hundred times (no exaggeration, it rings 12 times per minute), talked to 2 actual human beings who transferred me around, and ended up wasting an hour and got absolutely nowhere.
