I'll Never Forget What's'isname (DVD box title: I'll Never Forget What's 'Isname) is a 1967 British film directed and produced by Michael Winner. It stars Oliver Reed as disillusioned London advertising executive Andrew Quint, who revolts against his boss, Jonathan Lute (Orson Welles), and escapes into Swinging London.
He finds, however, that it's not so easy to escape the past. Advertising golden boy Andrew Quint is fed up with his fabulously successful life. In very dramatic fashion, he quits his job to return to writing for a small literary magazine. He wants to leave his former life behind, going as far as saying good-bye to his wife and mistresses.
But Welles and the client are delighted by the "insult," and the disgruntled Reed is more successful than ever. Directed in the fragmentary "psychedelic" style typical of the late 1960s, I'll Never Forget What's'is Name gained notoriety upon its initial release by being the first mainstream British film in which the "F" word was spoken on-screen.
