Nov 5, 2020 · The Senior Alliance acts as a connection point to resources, services, and programs in the community for older adults and their caregivers. We also oversee a network of service providers, in addition to providing programs and services ourselves.
The Senior Alliance provides Care Management and Case Coordination and Supports for eligible adults and adults with disabilities. These home-and community-based programs assist adults in remaining in a home setting such as their own home, a family member’s home, or an unlicensed assisted living community.
