The 2021 OHSAA Division III Boys Track and Field state tournament took place at Westerville North High School on June 4-5. The tournament was moved from Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Minster won its first state championship with a score of 41 points.

Elkhart had 23 different athletes score, and claimed the four-year-old school's first state championship in any sport 124-112 over second-place Fishers.
