The two first sparked relationship rumors when they were spotted showing PDA in London in July 2018, in pictures obtained by E! News. A source later confirmed to PEOPLE that the two were indeed an item.
Waterhouse had Pattinson by her side as she celebrated her 27th birthday at Casa Cruz in London. The two were reportedly joined byLiv Tyler, Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson for the special occasion. A few weeks later, the couple was seen holding handsduring a stroll in London after going on a run together.
For his 33rd birthday, Pattinson celebrated with a dinnerat the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles alongside Waterhouse. The two were seen hanging out while outside the restaurant with actor Tom Sturridge before jumping in their car and leaving.
