Mai 1946 in Hameln [1]) war ein deutscher Jurist, SS-Brigadeführer, Generalmajor der Polizei, Chef der Gestapo Dortmund, Befehlshaber der Sicherheitspolizei und des SD (BdS) im Generalgouvernement, Führer der Einsatzgruppe z. b. V. in Galizien und BdS in den Niederlanden.
