It is also the first Bond film to have Caroline Bliss as Miss Moneypenny, replacing Lois Maxwell. The story was inspired by Ian Fleming 's eponymous short story, first published in 1962. It was produced by Albert R. Broccoli, his stepson Michael G. Wilson, and Broccoli's daughter Barbara Broccoli.
