Etrigan is a demon prince of Hell who was bound to the mortal, Jason Blood. They have walked the Earth (and the depths of Hell) together as both comrades and enemies for over a millennium. The Demon has fought on the side of good more than once, but his allegiance is never guaranteed.
Jan 19, 2021 · In the stories that have made him so popular, Etrigan is a demon from Hell who was summoned to Camelot by the wizard Merlin, who was later revealed to be Etrigan’s half-brother. After failing to gain the demon’s secrets, Merlin bound him to the human Jason Blood, a move that also made Blood immortal.

- Once Turned To Stone. One of Etrigan’s biggest plots separate from he and Jason Blood’s heroics involved him regaining control of Hell again. To do this, Etrigan took control and went after the Trident of Lucifer, hoping to use its power to regain control of Hell as he had in the past.
