    Thomas Christopher Collins is a Canadian cardinal of the Catholic Church. He has been the Archbishop of Toronto since 2007.     Collins was the original voice of Mr. Burns; he voiced him in "Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire", "Homer's Odyssey", and "The Telltale Head".
