With Agile Octopus, you get access to half-hourly energy prices, tied to wholesale prices and updated daily. So when wholesale electricity prices drop, so do your bills – and if you can shift your daily electricity use outside of peak times, you can save even more.
Octopus Go is the first tariff of its kind. To switch you onto it, we'll need half-hourly readings from your SMETS2 or “Secure” branded SMETS1 smart meter. Because Octopus Go is an electricity only tariff, when you switch to it your gas tariff will stay the same. You can change it at any time.
