Ned's age is uncertain. In " Hurricane Neddy " he is shown as a child in a flashback 30 years earlier, but later, in " Viva Ned Flanders ", he states that he is 60 years old. (He attributes his youthful appearance to "clean living, chewing thoroughly, and a daily dose of vitamin church.")

Aug 19, 2015 · Grandma Flanders must be pretty old (and possibly dead?) but considering Ned's own advanced age (possibly) she must be very old indeed. I can't find any direct evidence for anyone's age, except for Ned saying he's 60 and having living parents.
Apr 12, 2020 · Is Ned Flanders really 60? The first clue to Ned’s age can be found in season 8’s episode “Hurricane Neddy”, where a flashback shows him as a kid 30 years earlier. However, in season 10’s episode “Viva Ned Flanders”, it’s revealed that Ned is a senior citizen and is actually 60 years old. READ: Did Cary Grant die?
Despite a meek outward appearance, Ned hides an exceptionally well-built physique under his pink shirt and green sweater combination. When he is revealed to be in his early 60s, Ned claims his deceptively youthful appearance is due to his conformity to the "three Cs" - "clean living, chewing thoroughly, and a daily dose of vitamin Church". Both Ned and his family rarely refer to his mustache as such, preferring nicknames such as "Nose Neighbor," "Mr. Tickles," "The Soup Strainer," "The Cookie Duster," "The Pushbroom," and "Dr. Fuzzenstein." He once shaved it off, after Homer implied that people were mocking Ned's facial hair behind his back. He also once had it pulled off with a vacuum cleaner by Maude after Homer, who was thought to have leprosy, kissed Ned in gratitude for sending them to be treated. Ned's mustache would also affect his decision to move to the Humbleton, PA. After being hired at the town's Humble figurine manufacturing factory, Ned was ordered to shave his mustach...
Ned is very honest and sincere in carrying out the Christian doctrines of charity, kindness and compassion to an extent unseen within the rest of the Springfield community. He is frequently shown doing volunteer work, and is rigorously honest and upright, even going so far as to spend an entire day tracking down a Leftorium customer in order to give him the extra change that he had forgotten to hand over. He once donated a kidney and a lung out of the goodness of his heart to whoever needs them first. He is also a good neighbor to the Simpsons, regularly offering his assistance. Ned’s dogged friendship inspires the loyalty of others; when his Leftorium appeared on the verge of bankruptcy shortly after it opened, Homer arranged a George Bailey-esque bailout with the help of many people in Springfield. - Marge Simpson – 67
- Bart Simpson – 43
- Lisa Simpson – 41
- Maggie Simpson – 34
- Mr Burns – 114+
- Ned Flanders – 93
On the show, Marge is 34 years of age – which was confirmed in the season one episode Some Enchanted Evening. Here she appears on Dr. Marvin Monroe’s radio talk show, who introduces her: ‘She’s 34 and trapped in a loveless sham of a marriage.’ This would mean Marge would be turning 67 this year.
Some might not believe it, but Bart is older than his sister Lisa, and is a scrappy 10-year-old in the series. In the season three episode Radio Bart the mischief-maker celebrates his 10th birthday, with Mr Burns later confirming his age by saying: ‘Thank God we live in a country so hysterical over crime that a 10-year-old child can be tried as an adult.’ So, if he had aged throughout the programme, Bart would now be 43. But we’d like to think he’d still be telling people to eat his shorts, you know?
Lisa is eight years old, and just like Bart, celebrates her birthday in the third season during an episode titled Stark Raving Dad. Bart sings a song about her age, and she also writes a birthday poem about turning eight. This would now land Lisa at the age of 41. We bet she’d have made an incredible life for herself…
It blows our minds to think of baby Maggie not being a baby in her blue onesie, but she would be turning 34 this year. Throughout the show, she has been stuck at the age of one, with her family celebrating her first birthday in season five’s Lady Bouvier’s Lover. So it seems as though fans would have a whole load of catching up to do as they’ve missed out on her 21st birthday, first day at school, and potentially starting her own family.
So, Mr Burns is a weird one, as it seems no one – not even the creators – actually know what his age is. It’s the kind of TV ambiguity we love. During his time on the show, the villain has varied from 81 to 104, with him claiming to have been 89 in the 15th season’s Fraudcast News. So, while we can’t find an accurate age for him, it turns out Mr Burns would be somewhere between the age of 114 and 137. Basically, he’s majorly old.
Ned Flanders is another Simpsons character with an uncertain age. In season eight’s Hurricane Neddy, we’re taken back to Ned’s childhood in a 30-year flashback leading us to believe he is under 40. However, two seasons down the line in Viva Ned Flanders, Ned states he is 60 years old. So, if this is true, Ned would be 93 years of age today. Got a story? The next day at church Homer interrupts the donation time to announce that Flanders is a big shyster, but by the end of Homers senseless rambling, Ned announces that he is actually 60 years old. After that people ask him how he stays so young looking.
